Ground shipping is one flat price based on your cart’s merchandise total, not on weight or distance, so you know your shipping cost before you check out.

Bags, hangers, mannequins, clothing racks, jewelry displays, packaging supplies and most other items qualify.

Flat rates apply to ground shipments within the contiguous 48 states. They don’t apply to oversized items or freight (LTL) orders, which are priced by the size and weight of the order and where it’s going.

  • Economy (USPS Priority Mail)

    Shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

  • Truck delivery to your dock

    For locations with a loading dock. Large orders ship on a pallet by freight (LTL) truck, and the carrier contacts you to set up a delivery appointment.

  • Truck delivery with liftgate

    No loading dock? The liftgate lowers the pallet to the ground, and you unload it from there. The driver doesn’t help unload, so plan on 2 or more people.

    Two drivers help unload your order and put it in place. For large or complex orders.

Slatwall can’t be delivered by liftgate. The metal banding has to be cut and the panels carried in piece by piece, so plan on 2 or more people to receive a slatwall delivery.
