Craft Show Tabletop Displays

Table Top Displays

It's always important to make the most of the space you have. Sometimes, if you are displaying smaller items, it is a good idea to show on a table top for maximum impact. Shown above, we have a display set up that was done beautifully by Jonathan at Bargain Babies. This display is full of great fixtures and is contained neatly on top of a 2'x8' rectangular table.

This display has four 2'x4' black wire grid panels that have been joined together with grid connectors. Grid connectors can be easily secured with a screw driver and function like a hinge. The grids can stand alone or be placed on the diagonal to create a screen affect. To accessorize the screen, peghooks have been used to display all of the hair accessories. There are also chrome 12" straight faceouts that are used at the top of the display to show hanging merchandise. The faceouts are staggered to make the best use of the space. Another useful idea is the addition of a t-bar and 3-tier jewelry displays as headband holders. The headbands sit across the bars in a uniform way that is not cluttered or distracting. Customers enjoy the ability to see how merchandise is going to look. It is always a good idea to add a countertop mirror. A revolving eyewear holder is a convenient way to display sunglasses or other eyewear.

Encourage customers with a giveaway. This is an easy and affective way to attract new visitors. We have a variety of ballot boxes that can come in handy for this type of marketing. This is also a great way to gather e-mail addresses to send out a newsletter or your schedule. You could incorporate a discount for them to use at your next show as an incentive for them to stop by and shop with you again.
