FLAT-RATE SHIPPING
Flat-Rate means no matter the weight, size, or shape of your package, the price doesn’t change on any ground orders! We now offer tiered pricing for Flat-Rate shipping on all standard ground orders. This rate is based on your order subtotal. Flat-Rate Shipping is available for select qualifying ground orders in the contiguous 48 United States. Not valid for oversized items that can only be shipped via LTL carriers. Shipping rates for Flat-Rate are as follows:
FLAT-RATE PALLET DELIVERY
This option will deliver your order on a pallet by truck to your location at a low discounted flat rate. The pallet will be delivered at street level using a liftgate. We recommend you have at least two people available to carry your shipment inside your receiving location. All truck deliveries will be shipped same day if placed before 2PM local time.
GROUND
All Ground deliveries will be shipped the same day if placed before 3PM local time. We offer next day service to 88.8% of the U.S. population at no extra charge! If you reside outside of our one day shipping zones, Next Day Air or Second Day Air are available.
ECONOMY SHIPPING
If you select Economy Shipping as your shipping option please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
ECONOMY SHIPPING - USPS PRIORITY MAIL
If you select Economy Shipping - USPS Priority Mail, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Your package will be delivered by the US Postal Service (USPS) instead of a private carrier. This option is offered when USPS delivery is less expensive than regular Economy Shipping.
TRUCK DELIVERY TO DOCK
Choose this option if your receiving location has a loading dock to receive your shipment. All truck deliveries will be shipped same day if placed before 2PM local time.
TRUCK DELIVERY WITH LIFTGATE
Choose this option if your receiving location does not have a loading dock. The pallet will be delivered at street level using a liftgate. We recommend you have at least two people available to carry your shipment inside your receiving location. All truck deliveries will be shipped same day if placed before 2PM local time.
SLATWALL
A liftgate cannot be used for Slatwall. The metal banding will need to be cut and the panels carried inside your receiving location piece by piece. We recommend you have at least two people available to carry your shipment inside your receiving location.
