I really don't know how many years I have been with you but I have been in business over 12 and probably ordered from you when I owned my first business in the early 90's. "In preparation for a move to a bigger showroom, I ordered 15 pieces of glass. They arrived mid-week last week and not wanting to risk having them get broken before they were put up on the walls, I didn't open the cartons until last Friday evening. Upon opening the cartons, we discovered that four shelves in one of the boxes were completely shattered. I called Monday morning expecting to be told that someone from UPS would have to come inspect the damaged box and a claim would have to be filed. Much to my delight, the gentleman said he would send out another box of shelves for me . . . no claims, no hassle, no charge!! They arrived today in perfect condition!"
