Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order requirement to purchase our merchandise. We will ship any order any size.
If I place an order with your company, when should I expect to receive it?
If you place your order by 3:00 pm local time Monday through Friday your order will ship the same day. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on Monday. The majority of the orders that we ship are received within one to two business days.
What shipping method do you use for shipping out your merchandise?
We ship our merchandise via UPS. Our website also allows you the option of expedited service using UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. There are some items that will have to ship common carrier. If the items that you order require shipping in this manner, the website will indicate this on the SHIPPING OPTIONS section.
Do you have a handling charge?
Yes, we charge $2.50 per order to partially defray our costs of boxes and packing material.
Is the merchandise on the website in stock?
WE DO NOT DROP SHIP OUR MERCHANDISE. All of the merchandise that is represented on our website is stocked in our warehouses and available to ship when you place your order.

Do you have a showroom where I can see the merchandise?
Our warehouse in St. Louis, Missouri has a showroom where you may see the merchandise. You may also place orders and pick up your merchandise at this location. Our showroom is open from 7:00am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. We are open Saturday from 8:00am-12pm. The showroom is closed on Sunday. The other Store Supply Warehouse locations are warehouse pick up locations only. You will need to place an order in advance before picking up at the East and West locations. Please contact customer service at 800-823-8887 to place an order for pick up.

Customer service will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our company, availability of product or any other concerns that you may have. Customer service is available from 7:00am-7:00pm Monday through Friday, Saturday from 8:00am-2:00pm and closed Sunday.
What is your return policy?
We have a no hassle return policy. We do not require authorization for returned merchandise. If you receive your merchandise and decide that you would like to return it you may do so with any carrier of your choice. Simply send a copy of your invoice along with the item number(s) that you do not want and the reason for the return to:

We will issue credit for the purchase price of the merchandise less the freight.
What should I do if my order has damaged or missing merchandise?
Please let us know immediately if you receive damaged merchandise or discover that merchandise is missing by contacting customer service at 800-823-8887 or email us at contactus@storesupply.com. We will replace any merchandise that is lost or damaged right away. You are not expected to contact UPS or the trucking company. We will handle that for you.
